Just write. It’s that simple. Something. Anything. Just get a few words down and see where you end up. Writing is like a muscle, you keep exercising it and it gets better. Not every session is going to result in genius but if you practice enough it will happen.
Everything in this world sits somewhere on a gradient scale. Your job is is to strive to improve what you have and push it up the scale. If you have nothing written down you have nothing to improve. So just write something. Anything. Then you can invest in making that better.
Or there’s always the ‘delete’ button.
I’ve learned plenty along my writing journey and of course I’m still learning, that’s one of the things that gives me great pleasure.
I decided to share the useful tools and tips I found along the way. Of course being a writer, I’m also an avid reader and come across many useful things I can add to my toolbox.
